The following items are not included in the monthly rate and are billed in addition:

• Personal Supplies/Amenities and Medical Supplies
• Canes, Walkers, Adult Briefs, Toiletries, etc.
• Medications
• Beauty/Barber Services (Available On-Site)

• Incontinent Care ($210 per month)

Respite Care
 
If for any reason your loved one cannot accompany you on a short vacation, we will be pleased to offer accommodation here in our home on a daily or weekly basis. The cost is only 10% above regular rates.

 
Advanced Assisted Living

For those requiring additional assistance based on a nursing assessment, there is an additional charge of $10 per day.  A meeting with the resident, family member, or POA will be scheduled prior to any charges being applied.  Also, a thirty day written notice will be sent before the new rates take effect.
